In accordance with Clause 11.a of the Constitution, I HEREBY GIVE
NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of the Kingsford Apaches CC
will be held at the Kensington Bowling Club, Doncaster Ave,
Kensington on Wednesday 04 June, 2008 commencing at 18:30 for the purpose
of transacting the following business:

1. Club Captains's Welcome

2. Apologies

3. Treasurer's Report

4. To elect Office Bearers of the Club to serve until the next Annual
General Meeting.

The following positions are able to be nominated for:
Office Bearers:
Club Captain / President

and seek volunteers for additional positions including but not
limited to Fundraising Coordinator, Social Coordinator, Webmaster,
Statistician and Kitmaster.

5. Amendments to the Constitution

6. Any other General Business brought forward in conformity with the

Notes to the Agenda:

Nominations for Office Bearer positions: To be submitted to the
Secretary or President by 17:00 Wednesday 04 June 2008, or in writing
prior to the commencement of the AGM on Sunday 04 June 2008. Email is an
acceptable form for nomination and is preferred.

Volunteers for the additional committee positions will be taken from
the floor on the day.

Elections: Will be by a show of hands. Proxy votes for eligible
members are allowed, and must be presented prior to the start of the
AGM to the Secretary for checking.

Amendments to the Constitution: MUST be received by the Secretary or
President by 17:00 Wednesday 04 June 2008. Email is an
acceptable form for nomination and is preferred.

Constitutional Amendments will not be able to be made on the day, as
they need to be checked against the Constitution carefully prior to
being voted upon.

Other General Business: It would be appreciated if they could be
submitted in writing by 17:00 Wednesday 04 June 2008, but may also be
raised from the floor during the meeting.

Eligible Members: Any person who has paid fees at any time in the
last 5 years is eligible to vote on any matter presented.
